When the variable diameter screw rotates, LX series screw conveyor is combined with the screw blade and the material pipe under the combined action of blade thrust, material gravity, friction between the material and the inner wall of the material pipe and internal friction of the material. The sliding template moves forward in the tube. It is fixed by a clip, and the whole screw is taken out during disassembly, which is convenient for cleaning. Sensors and intelligent control circuits can be installed to realize functions such as liquid level control, automatic feeding or overload alarm.
